It's a multipurpose facility, designed and equipped to handle batch processes compatible with S.S.316 and glass vessels.

The facility is approved by National FDA for GMP.

It has built in versatility to cater to a wide range of organic reactions. It meets our design concept to cater to typical low-volume high value API and Intermediate manufacturing.

The facility is adequately supported by utilities and pre/post reaction operations like temperature (low -100C to high 2500C), pressure (low 1.0 mm to high 500psi), filtration, drying, distillation, fractionation, etc.

It is provided with trouble-shooting lab, on-site Quality Control lab equipped with microprocessor based sophisticated instruments and a scale-up lab with all glass units from 5 to 50 liters. Equipments are adequate in number & provided with built in flexibility, needed for variety of chemical reactions.

The plant has S.S. reactors, S.S. pressure vessels and Glass vessels besides utilities and other supporting equipments.

Safety of Men, Machines and Environment being our priority, is provided in the design from the inception of the plant. The plant operates on zero discharge of effluent and has an impeccable record of accident free operation as on date.

APIs & Intermediates are packed and sealed in Food grade Polyethylene bags approved by Indian Packaging Institute (IPI) and finally packed in export worthy containers or as per customer's specification.

The entire facility is provided with clean air through circulation with segregation of finished product manufacturing area.
